When you run out of Munchies, you can't create new recipes until your next billing cycle when your Munchies reset. However, you can still access all your previously created recipes, cook them, and use all other app features. You can also earn bonus Munchies through achievements.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. If you cancel during your free trial, you won't be charged at all. If you cancel after being charged, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes! All recipes you've created are saved to your Recipe Book permanently. Even if you cancel your subscription, you can still view, cook, and access all your saved recipes. You just won't be able to create NEW recipes without an active subscription or Munchies.

While we can't refund Munchies for recipes you don't prefer (since Loma successfully created what you requested), you can immediately create a different recipe by spending another Munchie. We recommend using the rating system to help improve future recommendations. If you experience a technical issue where a recipe fails to be created properly, contact support for assistance.

No, Munchies don't roll over. Each billing cycle starts fresh with your plan's Munchie allocation. We designed it this way to keep pricing simple and fair. However, any bonus Munchies you earn through achievements are added to your balance and don't expire.

Yes! You can change your plan at any time from the app's subscription settings. If you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the higher Munchie allocation. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at your next billing cycle.

No! Instacart integration is included free with your subscription. You only pay for groceries through Instacart. When you send ingredients to your Instacart cart, Loma doesn't charge any fees. You simply pay Instacart's normal prices plus any delivery or service fees they charge.

Share your unique referral code with friends from the app's settings. When they sign up and create their first recipe, you both get 3 bonus Munchies added to your accounts. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer!

Loma supports 10 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Russian, Hindi, Arabic, and Bengali. You can switch languages anytime from the app settings, and all recipes, instructions, and features will appear in your chosen language.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, an industry-leading payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data with bank-level security and encryption.
